Since our return address is purely a warehouse address, we unfortunately cannot pick up packages at post offices or mailboxes. Unfortunately, if you still send your package by parcel box or post office, we will have to reduce the amount returned by 150 for the time spent. If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you:;

  • have received your goods
  • receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in a single order and delivered individually
  • take physical possession of the last lot or part in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notice to be given by support@cykelgarage.dk. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our the standard cancellation form and send it back.

You cannot regret simply by refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice.

Refunds

You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.

By their nature, certain goods cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to bicycles, workstations, bicycle racks, trailers and similar larger goods. The return costs are expected to be at most about DKK 500, please contact us and we will help you with a good price.

Products excluding withdrawal

The following product types are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Supply of goods which are made to the consumer's specifications or which have a distinctly personal character, e.g. programming of locks, mounting of tyres and hoses on wheels.
  • Supply of goods likely to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly.
  • Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

You lose your right of withdrawal if:;

  • you break the seal on goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return.
  • you break the seal on audio or video recordings or computer software.
  • you have entered incorrect key information in connection with your One-Key order
  • if you test/assemble the product and as a result it is clearly marked with fat or other marks and therefore cannot be resold.

The condition of the goods when you return them

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. In other words, you can try the product the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it will be considered used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive only part or none of the purchase price, depending on the commercial value of the item.

In order to receive a full refund, you have to do the same as in a physical store. You may test the product, but do not use it.

Repayment of the purchase price

Of course, if you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this purchase amount is deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the date of receipt of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have provided proof that you have returned it correctly.

What should I send back?

We must at least receive our the standard cancellation form .. If you have previously sent it by e-mail, please send your order receipt so that we know who the returned goods are from.

If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)

When you trade on cykelgarage.dk of course, you have 24 months right of complaint. It's not. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not the result of improper use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

You must advertise within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to get documentation of these expenses.
