Payment

It is possible to pay by credit card at cykelgarage.dk. Payments are made via Shipmondo Payments / Quickpay. We accept payment with the following card types: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa elektron, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.

If electronic invoicing is desired via EAN number, please state the EAN number in the EAN field during the order. We will not withdraw your payment until we have shipped your order.

If payment by bank transfer is chosen, your order will not be processed/shipped until the payment has been registered. For faster processing, please provide payment documentation on our email support@cykelgarage.dk with reference to your order.

Please send the invoice amount to our bank account (3409-13435928, DK1730000013435928, DABADKKK) You will receive an order confirmation in an email with bank details and order number.

Fees:

The delivery time is stated on the individual items and expects total delivery in the shopping cart, but is typically dispatched within 3-7 business days, provided that the item is in stock with us or our suppliers.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

  • Received your item
  • take physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for several different goods ordered in one order and delivered individually
  • takes physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots or parts;

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by support@cykelgarage.dk. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it back.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice of this.

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Certain goods cannot be returned by normal post due to their nature. This applies to bicycles, work stands, bicycle racks, trailers and similar larger goods. The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 500,- DKK, feel free to contact us and we will help with a good price.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Delivery of goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch, e.g. programming of locks, installation of tires and tubes on wheels.
  • Supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly.
  • Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

You lose your right of withdrawal if;

  • you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • You break the seal on audio or video recordings or computer software.
  • you have provided incorrect key information in connection with your One-Key order
  • If you test / assemble the product and this as a result bears clear marks of grease or other marks and thus cannot be resold.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not use it in actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

REMEMBER!
We do not accept packages sent COD, "without delivery" (to parcel lockers or post offices) or handed in at the physical address - everything must be sent via our return form or other package label to the address below along with our standard withdrawal form.

As our return address is a warehouse address, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to pick up packages at post offices or post boxes. If you still send your package via parcel boxes or post offices, we are unfortunately forced to reduce the returned amount by 150 DKK for time spent. We recommend that you use the return form via our website to facilitate our and your process.

What should I send back?

As a minimum, we must receive our Standard Cancellation / Return Form. If you have previously sent it by email, please include your order receipt, so we know who the returned items are from.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, "without delivery" or handed in at the physical address - everything must be sent via our return form.

If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)

When you shop at cykelgarage.dk , you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to get documentation for these expenses.

You can complain to the Complaints Centre by www.forbrug.dk.
